We use information to manage bookings, confirm serviceability, coordinate home collection, process payment, provide reports, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
Partner sharing
Necessary booking and patient details may be shared with Healthians network partner labs, collection personnel, payment providers and infrastructure providers strictly for fulfilment and support.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only as needed for healthcare operations, accounting, dispute handling and law. You may request access or correction through ShriCare support.
Security
ShriCare uses access controls and reasonable technical safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security; report links and account credentials should not be shared.
