ShriCare is a diagnostic booking and home-collection facilitation platform. Laboratory processing is performed by assigned partner labs and remains subject to test, city, slot and operational availability.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after required details, serviceability, slot and payment conditions are accepted. Enquiry products are not confirmed bookings.
Pricing
The price shown at confirmation applies to the selected booking. List or reference prices are comparative information and may change. ShriCare will not intentionally confirm a booking above the available reference price without review.
Medical limitations
ShriCare does not provide diagnosis or emergency care. Reports should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Seek emergency services for urgent symptoms.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate patient, address and contact information, follow preparation instructions, and ensure an eligible patient is available for collection.
Platform availability
Slots, tests, collection areas and turnaround estimates can change due to partner capacity or circumstances outside ShriCare's control.
